How Life Coaching Can Help You
Life coaching sessions cover many topics and address a wide range of concerns because sessions are crafted to be as unique as the client. We develop a simple plan that is in alignment with your personality and strengths and then move towards your goal, step-by-step. We find the way that works for you! Whatever it is you are trying to achieve, or overcome, or bring into your life, your coach (that's me!) has tools and techniques to help you navigate your way to a happier, more fulfilling life.
As a coach, I co-create new ways of being in this world we live in. People of all ages, in all stages of life, and from any type of background benefit from coaching. It has been my joy and pleasure to work with children as young as 18 months old, pre-teen and teens, young adults, and adults and seniors of all ages. My most senior coaching client was 94 years young. No matter our biological age, changing our game for the better is within our reach.
Sessions encompass many different modalities and the solutions are as unique as the client. We focus on the present as we move forward to meet our objectives and goals in order to create a brighter future. Both in-person and zoom sessions are available.

The Time is NOW
Working with a life coach is a gift to yourself. However, the word "work" is key to your success - it means joining in the effort wholeheartedly and willingly giving yourself the time you need to make the changes happen. This is rarely an overnight process. Changing or modifing existing behaviors and thought patterns requires patience and compassion as these paradigm shifts happen. Depending on the magnitute of the change, expect anywhere from 8-24 sessions to reach the desired outcome. To get started, schedule a one-time session with me, Dr. Scarborough.
